Common Returns Questions
You can return your item(s) within 45 days as long as it's still in "sellable condition." The item must be unworn (aside from trying it on of course), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to have the original manufacturer tags still attached. Items that are not in sellable condition because they have been worn, had the tags removed, and/or are damaged will not be accepted for return. Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable. Offers are subject to adjustments due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, you can select exchange during the return process. If it is the same item but in a different size or color it will be an even exchange and you will retain any discounts you may have had on the original order. A new order will be placed for the item you need and you will be sent a return shipping label to send back your original order to complete the exchange process. There is no charge for the return label for an exchange.
If you need to exchange for a completely different style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you need. This method will ensure that you receive the item you want and eliminates any worry about the exchange item selling out while we wait for your return to arrive. Keep in mind that you will be charged for both items until the original is returned to us in sellable condition.
You can also send back your original product along with a request for a different product. Just leave a note with all the necessary information (item name, color, and size) in the package so we can get you what you actually need. We will process the exchange in 1-3 business days once we receive the original product and exchange request. If the item you are requesting as an exchange is no longer available, we will contact you immediately.

Can I return an online purchase in store?
Yes, you may drop off an online purchase at any of our brick and mortar locations (Find a Store). Please be sure to bring a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Also note that in most cases the store won't be able to process a return or exchange at the time of your drop off but you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed at our returns facility within 1-2 business days.
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected at our returns facility, you'll get your refund typically within 3-5 business days for most credit cards and PayPal refunds are usually instant.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 45 days that are still in "sellable condition."
- The item must be unworn (aside from trying it on of course), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to have the original manufacturer tags still attached.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items that are not in sellable condition because they have been worn, had the tags removed, and/or are damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Route Package Protection (If you see a message that looks like your order is not eligible for return, it is likely due to Route and you need to select the actual product you would like to return first.)
